Subject: Following up on your skin consultation
Hi Sarah,
Thank you so much for coming in today — it was wonderful to meet you and learn more about your skin goals. I've had a chance to think over your concerns and put together a treatment pathway I believe will really make a difference.
Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before your next appointment. I look forward to seeing you again soon.
Click Copy to clipboard, then follow the instructions below for your mail client. You do not need to understand the code — simply copy it exactly as provided.
How to set up your signature
Choose your mail client below and follow the steps. The process takes around two minutes. You will need to paste the HTML code copied above.
Gmail (web browser)
Open Gmail and click the Settings cog (top right), then See all settings.
Stay on the General tab and scroll down to Signature.
Click Create new, name it Lapeau, then click Create.
In the signature editor, click the <> (Insert HTML) icon in the toolbar.
Select all existing text in the box, delete it, then paste the copied code.
Click OK, scroll to the bottom of Settings, and click Save Changes.
Apple Mail — Mac
Open Mail, then go to Mail → Settings → Signatures.
Select your email account on the left, then click the + button to add a new signature.
Name it Lapeau.
Open TextEdit, paste the copied code, then save the file as a .html file (e.g. signature.html).
In Finder, right-click the saved file and choose Open With → Mail. The signature will import and display correctly.
Back in Mail Signatures, set Choose Signature to Lapeau for your account.
iPhone / iPad Mail
Open Settings → Mail → Signature.
Unfortunately, iOS Mail only supports plain text signatures — it does not render HTML.
Type a plain-text version: your name, title, phone number, email address, and website URL, each on its own line.
For the full branded HTML signature when on iPhone, consider using the Gmail app (see the Gmail instructions above) or Spark, which supports HTML signatures via its settings.
Outlook — Windows
Open Outlook, go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
Click New, name it Lapeau, then click OK.
In the signature editor, click the HTML source view button (the <> icon, or right-click the edit area and choose Edit Source).
Select all, delete, and paste the copied code, then save.
Set this signature as the default for New messages and Replies/Forwards.
Outlook — Mac
Open Outlook, go to Outlook → Preferences → Email → Signatures.
Click the + button to add a new signature and name it Lapeau.
In the signature editor, click the </> icon (HTML source view).
Select all, delete, and paste the copied code.
Close the editor and set Lapeau as your default signature.
Spark (iOS / Mac)
Open Spark, go to Settings → Accounts.
Select your email account, then tap or click Signature.
Choose HTML Signature (available in Spark for Mac and Spark 3 for iOS).
Paste the copied HTML code into the HTML editor and save.
Your branded signature will now appear automatically in all new emails.
Logo not showing? Some mail clients block remote images by default. If the Lapeau logo appears as a broken image, your recipient may need to click "Show images" or "Always show images from this sender". This is standard behaviour and will not affect text, contact details, or the booking button. For clients who frequently see this, consider adding a brief plain-text line below the signature (outside the HTML block) such as: "Lapeau Medi Spa — 19 Glenferrie Rd, Malvern VIC 3144".
